Cummins Marine Philippines

Commercial Propulsion, Auxiliary

The Cummins Marine propulsion is divided into two product lines namely K Series and Quantum Series.

With more than 25 years of success, the K Series has proven its reliability and durability in tough marine environments. All KTA19/38/50 propulsion and many auxiliary ratings are available with IMO Tier I certification. In addition, its PT fuel system is more tolerant of fuel contaminants, making it a good choice for vessels operating on global fuels - anything from MGO to ULSD.

The Quantum Series product line was introduced in 2005 to meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's stringent Tier 2 emission standard. Today the product line is certified to EPA Tier 2, IMO Tier II and EU Stage IIIa standards and will serve as the platform for future more stringent standards.

Generating Sets

Cummins C Power and C Safe marine generator sets offer optimum durability and functionality for primary ship's service power, emergency power and diesel-electric applications. Designed specifically for the challenges of the marine environment, each genset features a Cummins base engine and alternator that are globally recognized for quality standards.

Every major component of a C Power and C Safe generator set, including the engine, alternator and control system, is either designed and manufactured or integrated by divisions of the Cummins family. This means all elements of the Cummins genset are engineered to operate with complete system harmony for optimal performance and maximum efficiency.

Unlike many genset providers, Cummins is able to offer a comprehensive warranty that is valid globally, everywhere Cummins-authorized service is available, on the entire generator set. Cummins marine generator sets are supported in every major port by a global team of marine-certified distributors offering sales, service and application expertise. Our marine technicians are not only trained on servicing the engine, but the generator set and associated controls as well.
